    I offer Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga Practice.

    I do have mats, bolsters and blocks available.

    No, come with an open mind and listen to your body.
    How do I choose the right class for my level and goals?
    Contact me, via mail or phone number and we can discuss your goals and put together a programme that will suit you.
    What are the benefits of practicing yoga regularly?

    What should I wear to a yoga class?
    Whatever you are comfortable with, suggest loose fitting clothes or gym attire.
    What should I eat before a yoga class?
    Arrive at your practice on a light stomach. Ideally, refrain from consuming solid foods and heavy liquids for 2-3 hours beforehand.
