Introduction to the Chakras workshop

Yoga Vinyasa sequence class

Yin and Yoga Nidra session

Gentle walk to the waterfall

Delicious vegetarian meal

2 non-alcoholic drinks of your choice

What to Expect:

Gain a better understanding of the chakras. 

Practice meditation and breathwork for self-awareness and learn how to use these tools on your own. 

Enquire within to understand yourself better, so you can grow, become more mindful, grateful, and present in life. 

Take time to reconnect with yourself in natural surroundings 

Leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

Schedule:

– 10:00 am – 11:00 am: Meet and greet, Chakra workshop

– 11:00 am – 12:30 pm: Yoga Vinyasa class

– 1:00 pm: Vegetarian meal

– 2:00 pm: Silent walk to the waterfall and journalling

– 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm: Yin and Yoga Nidra session

Additional Information

All Levels Welcome: Both beginners and advanced practitioners will enjoy this nurturing and rejuvenating experience.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a costume change as well as sneakers.

Bring a journal and pen. Mats and blocks are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
